This course features an interpretative guide to your Birkman® Signature Report from Elaura. It consists of 5 audio sessions totalling around 35 minutes. Completing this guide before your 1-on-1 Conversation will maximise time with your Birkman Consultant, and allow them to focus on helping you to understand your own report.

Even if you've already had your Birkman Conversation with a Birkman Certified Professional, this guide can help refresh you on reading your own Signature Report.

    You'll need to have your own Signature Report to hand - either on a device or as a print out - so that you can follow along as you listen to the guide
